Plum Properties, LLC is a real estate investment firm located in Louisville, Kentucky.  We have several strategies for buying and selling properties, and we specialize in utilizing non-traditional methods to purchase real estate in addition to purchasing properties for all cash.

We specialize in helping Motivated Sellers sell when the "normal" sales route might not be their best option, and we help Motivated Buyers buy when they can't buy the "normal" way.

We got our start buying properties in the Louisville, Ky area, but have expanded into buying properties region-wide in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.
